1. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) as well as PayPal and other Shopify-approved payment options. All transactions are secure and encrypted.

2. How long will it take to receive my order?

  • UK: 2–4 business days

  • EU: 5–8 business days

  • International: 7–15 business days
    Processing time is 1–2 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

3. Can I change or cancel my order?
Please contact us immediately at support-uf@3ajfc.com. We’ll do our best to accommodate changes or cancellations before your order is dispatched.

4. Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?
Yes! Email support-uf@3ajfc.com with “Wholesale Inquiry” in the subject line, and our team will send you details on volume discounts and corporate gifting options.

5. How do I care for my glassware and metal items?

  • Glassware: Hand-wash with mild detergent and warm water. Avoid abrasive scrubbers.

  • Metal Buckets: Wipe clean with a soft cloth. Dry immediately to prevent water spots.

6. What’s your return policy?
We offer a 30-day free return and exchange policy. Items must be unused and in original packaging. See our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

7. Are there any customs duties or taxes on international orders?
International shipments may incur import duties or taxes imposed by your country. These fees are the recipient’s responsibility. Please check with local customs offices for details.

8. Do you offer gift wrapping or personalized engraving?
Currently, we do not offer engraving or gift-wrapping services. All products are sold as shown on our website.
